Welcome to the website of LearnQuest Academy of Music (“LearnQuest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of www.learnquest.org (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You may use the Site to learn about LearnQuest and our classes, concerts, festivals, and other programs, and to register, buy tickets, donate, or contact us. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Class registrations, ticket purchases, memberships, and donations may be processed by third-party services such as Zeffy. When you use those services, their terms and privacy policies also apply. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
We work to keep the information on the Site accurate and current. Schedules, artists, venues, faculty, fees, and other program details may change, and events may occasionally be rescheduled or cancelled.
The text, images, logos, audio, video, and other materials on the Site belong to LearnQuest or to the artists, photographers, and other parties who have given us permission to use them. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please ask for our written permission before any other use.
The Site may link to or embed third-party websites and services, such as ticketing and donation platforms, email services, and video hosting. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LearnQuest and its directors, officers, faculty, volunteers, and staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they were last revised. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
