This Refund Policy applies to payments made to LearnQuest Academy of Music (“LearnQuest”) for event tickets, concert memberships, classes, workshops, and donations.
Tickets and memberships for concerts, festivals, and other events are generally non-refundable. If LearnQuest cancels an event and does not reschedule it, ticket holders may request a refund of the ticket price. If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will be honored for the new date.
Refund requests for class tuition and workshop fees are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact admissions@learnquest.org as early as possible if you need to withdraw.
Donations are generally non-refundable. If you made a donation in error, such as a duplicate or an incorrect amount, contact us promptly and we will work with you to correct it.
Email info@learnquest.org with your name, the date and amount of the payment, and the event, class, or donation it was for. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Payments are processed by third-party services such as Zeffy, so the time it takes for a refund to appear depends on the processor and your bank.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was last revised.
